1.6 SPRO CONTRACT, DE-SLOPPING AND DISPOSAL OF SLUDGE IN CHINA

Pursuant to the requirements of the regulations of the PRC on administration of the prevention and control of marine environment pollution from ships, regulations of the PRC on emergency preparedness and response on marine environment pollution from ships and the detailed rules of maritime safety administration of the PRC on the implementation of the administration regime of agreement for ship pollution response. Our associates in China has registered fund of RMB 6 Million is fully authorized by the Maritime Affair Bureau to sign SPRO agreement and deal with relevant issues in all ports of China. The ports of business include Cao Fei Dian Port, Jing Tang Port, Shanhaiguan Shipyard, Huanghua Port and so on.

We are equipped with all pollution prevention advanced devices and trained personnel in compliance with PRC government’s requirements. We have been certified as a Level A pollutant disposal company by MSA of Heibei province.

Our partners specialize in the production of Marine Anchor Chains and Mooring chains of diameter ranging from 22 – 152 mm. The company is one of the biggest in China and has the highest standard for design, production, quality control and quality service.

The Company carries out advanced flash butt welding and the production is in accordance with ISO1704, GB549, GB/T20848 and the standards of the leading classification societies worldwide. The Company’s annual production capacity is currently around 100,000 tons and expected to increase tremendously in the coming years. We also undertake repairs of Anchor Flukes in Singapore and China.
